MikesAutomotive Tire Services
New Tire Sales
Tell us how you drive and we'll recommend tires in the right size, load and speed rating for your car, truck or SUV.
Mounting & Installation
Tires are mounted on your wheels, lug nuts are torqued to factory specification and valve stems are checked.
Wheel Balancing
Out-of-balance wheels cause vibration and uneven wear. We balance each wheel for a smooth, quiet ride.
Tire Rotation
Regular rotation spreads wear evenly across all four tires and helps you get the most miles out of each set.
Flat Tire Repair
Many punctures in the tread can be safely repaired. We inspect the tire and tell you whether a repair or replacement is the safer choice.
TPMS Service
If your tire pressure light is on, we check pressures and test the monitoring sensors, then repair or replace faulty sensors.
Pulling to one side or uneven wear? A wheel alignment check protects your investment in new tires. Ask about alignment when you schedule your tire service.
When Is It Time for New Tires? Ask MikesAutomotive
Not sure if your tires have more miles left? Stop by and we'll inspect them for you. In the meantime, watch for these signs:
- Tread worn down to 2/32" or level with the tread-wear bars
- Cracks, bulges or blisters on the sidewall
- Vibration or thumping that gets worse with speed
- Tires that lose air often or need frequent topping off
- Uneven wear on the inside or outside edges
- Tires that are six or more years old, even with good tread
Tire Care Tips From MikesAutomotive
Check tire pressure once a month and before long trips, using the pressure listed on the sticker inside the driver's door, not the number on the tire. Rotate your tires about every 5,000 to 7,500 miles, or as your owner's manual recommends. Pairing rotations with your oil change makes them easy to remember.
